Always check a VIN's location before you request a Dealer Pick Up.

• Never assume the VIN is at the closest VDC, port or assembly plant.

​

• Plan ahead! If you request a VIN in Texas and you're in Virginia, you need to be prepared to make the trip.

Hot Tip No. 2

Always check "Dealer Pick-Up Address and Special Instructions" for the most accurate address and critical information.

​

• You need to click on "Dealer Pick-Up Address and Special Instructions" from the main menu to find critical information about your Dealer Pick Up.

​

• Compare the information on the Dealer Pick-Up Form with the information on the "Dealer Pick-Up Address and Special Instructions."

​

• Very Important:  If the information in the "special instructions" box includes an address, use the address in the special instructions box, not the address on the form.
